What do you win?
The winner in each category will receive a specially-commissioned Astellas Changing tomorrow Awards 2012 trophy plus an educational and research grant of €1,000.
The Judging Panel also has the discretion to award Special Commendation certificates.
All shortlisted entries will be contacted and invited to the Astellas Changing tomorrow Awards 2012 ceremony to be held on the 8th February 2013 at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
